Sign up with your email and save your recovery code — it is the only way to restore access if you lose your password.

Pick a purpose, an issuing country and a card type. Fees are shown before you confirm; you can load the card while creating it.

How to buy and send USDT
USDT is a digital dollar (1 USDT ≈ 1 USD). You need it only to top up your mistVCC balance — your cards are in US dollars.

Buy USDT
Use an exchange you trust (for example Binance, OKX or Bybit) or its P2P market with your local payment method.

Create a top-up here
In your panel go to Top up, enter the amount and continue. Choose USDT and a network on the payment page.

Send on the same network
On the exchange, withdraw USDT to the address shown, choosing the SAME network. Send the exact amount — exchange fees are extra.

Wait for confirmation
Your balance updates automatically after the network confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.

Tips for smooth payments
Start small
Make a small first top-up and test a payment before moving larger amounts.
Load enough balance
A card can only spend what is loaded on it. Keep a small buffer above the amount you will be charged.
Use the billing details
If a merchant asks for a billing address, use the one shown with your card details.
Avoid repeated declines
Declined payments can carry an issuer fee, and many declines can get a card blocked by the issuer.
One card per service
Separate cards keep spending clear and limit any problem to a single card.
Move unused money back
Withdraw a card's unused balance to your account balance from the card page.
Quick answers
How long does a top-up take?
Usually a few minutes after the network confirmation. If it takes longer, open a support ticket with your invoice number.
What is the minimum top-up?
You can top up from $10. Some card types have their own minimum card top-up, shown before you confirm.
Is identity verification required?
It depends on the card type. Some issuers require verification; this is shown when you choose a card.
Can I get my money back?
Unused card balance can be withdrawn to your account balance from the card page, within the limits shown for that card type.
